CourtIQ ("the service") sends automated SMS notifications to club members about their upcoming court reservations. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

To operate the service, we collect and store the following information for each enrolled member:

• Name
• Mobile phone number

All enrollment is opt-in. No information is collected from individuals who have not chosen to participate.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to operate the CourtIQ service:

• Your phone number is used to identify you with the club software and to send you SMS reminders before your court reservations.

3. SMS Messages

By enrolling in the service, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from TServe Labs. These messages include reminders sent approximately 2 hours before each court reservation.

Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. Your data is never used for advertising or marketing purposes.

SMS messages are delivered via Telnyx, a third-party SMS carrier. Telnyx receives your phone number solely for the purpose of delivering messages. Their handling of this data is governed by Telnyx's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

Your information is retained for as long as you are an active participant in the service. If you opt out, your personal data will be removed from the service configuration.

6. Your Rights

You may opt out of the service at any time. To do so, or to request access to or deletion of your data, contact the club administrator who manages CourtIQ.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
